Pitch problems on Etherwave Std

Post by Qfactor » Sat Oct 01, 2005 5:46 am

Got an Etherwave Std last month.
Over the last week, whenever I turned the PITCH knob, the whole theremin would go "unstable" in that the pitch would start to "flutter" all over and even while I hold a note, the pitch would zip here and there (and, NO, I wasn't moving!)
I would then have to leave the Etherwave on for sometime, before the pitch would "calm down" again. When it "calms down", the moment I turn the pitch knob, it would start this problem all over again!

What gives? Can someone please help?
Thank you!
