Wes Taggart MiniMoog Cases
It is always possible to make a case from scratch as a woodworking project, but it is hard to beat Wes - he is a great craftsman and he knows the minimoog shape inside and out.
If anyone is hesitating about ordering online - his cases are gorgeous - they look fabulous and he is a super guy to deal with.
We bought two of his curly maple kits and haven't regretted it for a moment. You might want to hang on to your original case though - just for the sake of authenticity.
His cases make alot of sense if you have one of those dreary brown painted mini's... the before and after cosmetic difference is VERY dramatic.

if youre going to replace your old wood with newly made wood, its probably a good idea to keep the original wooden cabinet as if youre planning on reselling your synth sometime in the future, whoever buys it might want it to be original.
