Anyone have a schematic or service manual for an Opus 3?

Post by monsterz » Tue Aug 29, 2006 1:56 pm

Hello

Just started restoring my sickly Opus 3, replacing all gunged up sliders and switches. But now the modulation section is not working at all
So if anyone can help me track down a service manual or schematic I may be able to get down to making some serious prog again :D
Oh also, does anyone know where to get a replacement key from, I have one white key that has snapped, must have been the jamming in of the carving knives!

Cheers

Hey Monsterz,

I am doing the same at the moment myself. Almost there. Hope I never see another molecule of the black foam/tar in my life!

Anyway, I had the same problem (see two of my very similar posts in the last few weeks). I ended up buying one online and so, as a kind of non-violent protest against people selling (and not freely sharing) these things, I have kinda gone outta my way to share my copy.

It is pdf and about 5MB from memory. Email me at 'heckyarthur@yahoo.com.au' and I'll send one out to ya.

Take it easy,

Nick.

I have put the opus 3 service manual, opus 3 owner's manual, and a few other manuals here (arp axxe owners and service manual, and a clav schematic) for download:

Thanks to all for helping me locate them!
