Filter cutoff potentiometer metal noise

Hay all,

I've had my Subsequent 37 for about 10 months and it usually lives under a dust cover when not in use, I also don't live in a humid climate.

I've gone to use it this evening and noticed that the filter cutoff potentiometer when I turn it makes an audible kinda metal on metal noise? All the other pots are completely silent and glide as expected.

I have opened a support ticket with Moog to see what I should do or if this is a repair job. But wanted to see if anyone else experienced and how they would have dealt with it if Moog say it's not an issue.

Did you ever get a reply for Customer Support. I’m having a similar issue with a newly purchased Sub 25. I’m wondering if it’s something that I can simply ignore. My Minitaur is much smoother by comparison.
