Uploading presets to my messenger

Hi everyone, I have a question about sending sounds to Messenger. My Messenger is upload, but I've reset it several times, mainly because it freezes and doesn't work properly. Using the sysex library and sending a sound to save from Messenger, everything works, and the sound is transferred. I can also upload it back. I bought a sound pack from Koreform, but none of the sounds will upload to Messenger. Does anyone know what's going on? Best regards to everyone.
