Moot sub 37 pitch problem

Hi, I have a pitch problem with my moog sub 37, it is a semi tone out and the fine tune nob will not correct the pitch to the correct value. Also the pitch/mod wheel is sticky (the the rubber is perishing) and can effect the sound randomly. I have tried to reset the bios but it has no effect with the problem. Please help , I love the synthesizer but atm it is only functional as a midi controller. Thanks , I look forward to your reply.
