Moog Modular Owner's manual (2015) pricing question

Hello everyone.
Been on the forum for some time but this is my second time posting something so apologies in advance if this post does not follow protocol.
I've had this 2015 Moog Modular Owner's Manual in my possession for some time.
It is in pristine condition and has never been taken out of my home studio.
I'd like to sell it but I have absolutely no idea how much it is worth.
I would greatly appreciate it If anyone could help me out with some kind of estimate.
I understand that these manuals would accompany reissued Model 15, System 35, System 55 Moog Modular systems.
They were never sold separately.

Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
