InMusic web site - missing registrations and downloads

Post by redlester » Sat Jun 21, 2025 10:31 am

Hi
I've just recently upgraded to a new computer therefore installing things again.

Having not visited the Moog hardware site for some time I see it is now redirected to InMusic. After realising my old password no longer worked I've created a new account but bizarrely the new account recognises my Sirin with the correct serial number, but my Subsequent 37 is not listed. If I try to add this as a new registration it will not accept the serial number. It wants to insert a "21" at the beginning.

This is not too much of an issue in itself as the synth is well out of warranty period. But I've now noticed with the Sirin there are no downloads available on the InMusic store, I have to click on the Moog logo to be directed to yet another site where the downloads seem to exist. Or some of them.

Where is the download link for the Subsequent 37 editor software? Bizarrely the editor for the Subsequent 37 CV does seem to be available but I assume is different software.

Also the banks of presets which were previously available for the Subsequent 37 are not listed on the new site.

Can anyone clarify what is going on with the above?

To figure out what is going on you need to contact inmusic.

I just had to sign up to register my messenger.

All my old Moog gear showed up as registered. But only the messenger shows anything available for download.

Interestingly I had an m-audio product and 2 Alesis products I had even forgotten about registering show up.

One of the Alesis products has software and manuals showing up for download.

Seems something is wrong with the downloading stuff for the registered products.

There is this link that has most of the old Moog stuff available for download... but I don't see the software for the subsequent 37. The Minitaur and Sirin software seems to be there

I have opened a ticket with InMusic about this - I have a Mavis I can't register (but the old one I registered at moogmusic.com ported over), a 104 HP Eurorack, and a MakeNoise OController all of which don't have (21) sequence series serial numbers.

I received very courteous feedback from my inMusic ticket. I furnished them my non-applicable Moog serial numbers and they registered them for me ... and also added they're working on teh site to address this issue in the future

You all had better luck than me… I could not even log in there to register despite my buying several new moogs since they bought the company… is everybody from (former) MOOG support gone? :(
