Patch Volume?

Looking to set patch levels. I know I can turn up or down the mixer levels, but that changes the sound (saturation). Even though the Messenger doesn't produce saturation in the mixer levels when set to over 50% like the Subsequent series, it still changes the sound if driving the filter and FB is used. Is there a hidden "Menu" function to set this? I don't see it documented.
