Metal panel with the holes is misaligned in the chassis

Post by fairway » Sat Mar 08, 2025 4:26 pm

Hello all,

I noticed today that the metal panel with the holes is misaligned in the chassis. It is actually protruding from the chassis, creating a visible gap. I have rarely moved my Moog One—it has been sitting on a solid board the entire time.

How is it possible that the silver metal panel is standing out?
How is it possible to fix this?

Thanks

Hello,

I have the exact same problem with my Moog One. I've contacted Moog and have not received a reply.
Bought this unit new and has remained in my temp controlled studio for a year. I needed to move the unit
and noticed the upper part of the mesh was completely separated from the aluminum frame at the top.
It looks very difficult to realign this since it is tucked into the oak base. This will allow dust and other foreign
matter to get sucked in by the fans if not corrected.

Thanks
