Moog Muse Tuning

Hey everybody,
i tried to tune my muse according to the manual instructions. It is completely off now and there is a tuning error if i try to do it again.

Well not exactly "according to the manual instructions", you literally ignored what the screen told you, and what the manual says as well. "Quick Tune" can be used like you did. Full tuning and calibration requires the synth to cool down for several hours first, so you need to switch it off and put it somewhere not too hot.

Not saying there can't be anything wrong with your unit, but you should follow the instructions.

No, the muse was off for 8 hours before doing this. So i followed the instructions. i dent it back and will get a new unit,

I'm having exactly the same problem as you so would love to know if you managed to get it fixed, and what happened later down the line with you addressing of this issue? So far I've managed to fix this problem once (somehow forcing it to do the full tuning despite the persistent errror), but now it's back again, with all keys stuck at random pitches.

Tuning is terrible on this synth. Worst I've ever experienced.
