CV out on Muse

I need to use my Muse to trigger a CV module, i want to send pitch from CV out 1 and a gate from CV out 2.

So far i've tried in the mod matrix -

set Source to Keyboard (for pitch CV?) Destination to CV out 1

set Source to Gate, Destination to CV 2.

I can see on my modular VCA that it's receiving gate but i'm not getting any pitch out.

I'm wondering if im I on the right track re settings.? and seeing as the CV menu is very limited I was hoping there were other settings i'm overlooking?

Your mod matrix seems correct, assuming the destination amount is say 100% and the slot is not muted.
Only other thing to effect cv outputs is that under midi menu is the local keyboard, it should be ON.
I verified my gate out outputs 5volts when a key is depressed, and that the keyboard output a constant voltage.
Not sure how useful it would be to send these signals to a VCA, typically a gate is used to trigger a envelop generator, and a keyboard voltage is used as an input to a VCO or VCF.
Note that the keyboard output is not an audio pitch, it is a keyboard voltage. As far as I've found, audio signals (including LFOs) can not be directed to cv outs. If you expect an audio signal you would have to use a main or headphone output.

Any follow-up on this please? Would like a confirmation that this works before I purchase the Muse. I'd love for the Muse to be able to control my Voyager Old School.

I just want to update my previous post since V1.4 has come out with Global LFOs (and ENVs). These can be routed to CV outs and the GLFOs can run at audio rates. Although, as the frequency gets higher the bit solution starts to decrease and jitter increases. Not unexpected to me, still nice to have LFOs a wide range.
