De-quantize the Subharmonicon SUBs and other wishes..

It would be interesting to "unlock" the sub oscillators so they run free (unquantised) to create sub-inharmonics who would add a lot of possibilities for the M-SH. Also: normalise the VCO1 and VCO2 outputs with their subs so it can output either a single or up to three oscillators mixed. And yes, why not include a pingable resonance (e.g. -10V to CUTOFF i/p).

Sub oscillators aren't VCOs, and must be locked to another oscillator to function.
