rack ears for Voyager RME

Anyone have advice on where to get rack ears for the Voyager RME in 2021?

It should be easy to build a pair of rack ears, for someone with basic knowledge of metal work, of course. At the moment, I have an unused pair lying around. If you wish, I can take some pictures.

Hello! Just saw this post years later. Do you still have spare moog voyager rack ears you don’t need? I’d be interested in them if they are official moog ears.
