Hi All,
My Moog One's left output is about 12dB lower then the right output. This happens on any patch, including the init patch. I've swapped cables, swapped interface inputs and it does seem like the problem is on the M1 itself. If I set the pan to 28% L the outputs even out, but this is non-ideal for lots of reasons. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further diagnose the issue? I bought the M1 in 2020 so I'm pretty sure it's out of warranty. Does anyone have any experience servicing their M1 at a local shop? I'm not too keen on shipping it if I can avoid it.
Thanks,
Tobias

Did you find a fix? 12dB seems to be a hardware issue, but who knows.
What did the internal calibration measure for the Main Outs? Are Subs and Main Outs identical?
