My sub37 was recently damaged during a fly date.
There is no external damage.
When I try to turn the synth on nothing powers up except the light for the pitch and mod wheel.
It doesn’t pass sound.
Has anyone had an issue with this or any advice?
Thanks for your time!

Re: Sub 37 power issue
Check your Midi menu 2.1 settings.
set it to USB or DIN depends on how you connected it.
drift boss
and important: set Midi/DIN ECHO = off!
If you connected via USB don't use a USB-HUB use the direct USB port of your PC!
USB sometimes fails so it's maybe better to use Midi DIN cables.

Re: Sub 37 power issue
Is it played with its own keybed? If yes, disconnect MIDI and USB for a test. And check the local off setting.
But this problem with the lights is most likely a hardware defect.
