moog voyager blue light Hum whistle :(

Hi guys im in Sydney, australia,
and ive got a voyager with the blue light and it has a whistle like hum when the light is turned on, ive read there's a mod to fix it, can anyone help me out and is it something that a local tech could do ?

I also have a Voyager electric blue that whistles when you turn up the blue light, didn't know you could fix that? would also like an answer to this. Anyone here on the moog forum?
