I only recently got a 16 voice model (April 2024). As many others I was left unimpressed with the factory presets. So I downloaded all the 6 free ones from Moog's website and put them into their own dedicated user space.
For the most part there are some great patches among them, especially the ones from Lisa Bella Donna.
I did stumble over a few though that made me initially think my synth is broken. So far I got 4, 2 of which may be working as intended or maybe not. With the first 2 I am pretty sure either something got screwed up during transfer or, my other theory is that they've been created under an older firmware and no longer work as originally programmed on v1.5:
1) VOX HUMANA from Moog One Classics preset pack
Endless droning coming from the effects section:
Stereo Delay has a FEEDBACK LEFT value of 100 while the right feedback is set to only 46
This doesn't make sense to me for this particular sound that resembles the famous Polymoog sound as used by Gary Numan
2) NEO LA from Moog One Classics preset pack
This is a 2 synth layer, pad and solo. The lower register PAD timbre has a problem. The patch info states to play low F# because it is set up as a chord. But all I hear is the F# I play plus what looks like 6 voices playing the same ultra-low note which sounds more like a rattle. I suspect that the originally stored chord notes got lost and now default to some very low note for all voices. The voice indication shows 6 notes used on this and it drones on forever. I haven't figured out yet what makes the notes being stuck too.
The next two might be correctly behaving but I am not sure:
3) TYRELL from Stereo Futures preset pack
Two layer patch sounding like a digital helicopter but not much else. I assume there is a movie scene resembling that sound in Blade Runner.
According to the patch info the mod wheel should be changing the envelope, but it must be very subtle.
This may be intentionally be a special FX sound.
4) ROMANTICA from Stereo Futures preset pack
Sounds like a lightweight version of TYRELL, but still an electronic helicopter noise. I would have expected something pad like from a patch called "Romantica"
Can anyone else confirm any of these preset behaviors?
Some add-on presets don't seem to work properly
Re: Some add-on presets don't seem to work properly
Yes, I can confirm this behavior. I discovered some level settings and some of the effects that were incorrect, and once I fixed those all of the patches work great.

Re: Some add-on presets don't seem to work properly
just thought I'd jump in and say I have 2 VOX Humana sounds in my ANALOGUE HUMAN 2 preset pack. There's the one in the video, which is called 'super humana' and is a more human sounding version of that patch and an authentic VOX Humana sound (not shown in video) as a bonus sound when you download the pack. demo here if you're interest. PS they are tested on latest firmware.

Re: Some add-on presets don't seem to work properly
Preset 1 & 2 seem to be buggy due to different firmware (v1.5). VOX HUMANA loop delay is not right, NEO LA has chord/stuck notes. TYRELL & ROMANTICA are probably the right FX patches, despite the misleading names. You are not alone – tweak & re-save.
