It's cable is permanently attached, and there is no polarity switch on the bottom. Nor is there any identifying model number or markings of any kind. I'm trying to find out what I have here. So far my research has turned up nothing useful.

The Moog EP-3 Pedal is most likely the very same as one type of Fatar ones.
