I recently got a real good deal on a Micromoog. However, with every good deal there is a caviat. The sustain switch is broken, only allowing me to play with it on.
I know a few of the guys on here have micromoogs that have had this problem (It seems to be a common problem with the micro), however, the solution to their problem was never mentioned in any of the threads.
Can someone explain exactly what the fix is, or could someone direct me to a synth repair place around Baltimore, Philadelphia, or Washington DC? I would be forever in your debt.
Is the fix as easy as replacing the switch, or is it entail more work? I wouldn't mind opening the thing up to replace a few parts, Nor would i mind sending it away somewhere to be fixed.
Thanks
