whats the best way to mount your Foogers with the voyager?

Post by EricK » Mon Apr 10, 2006 9:39 pm

The best way that i saw to have the voyager with the foogers was the cabinet that was on the Sonic INfinity DVD. The arcade style modular system was awesome.

However Im using just a tabletop Voyager and a Ring Mod. I can't decide if i shoudl get the CP or the VX expander. Im leaning more towards the Control Processor though don't know why.

So what is the best way to implement the rack mounted foogers and or the vx/cp if the voyager is on a good keyboard stand?

My ideal rackmount would have the foogers totally vertical above the voyager's totally vertial panel. (I prefer the voyager all the way up) How can i achieve this with a keyboard stand. I know they make desktop rack units but I want to eliminate the desk.
Any ideas anyone? If you have, can you include a picture or a model number or website where this can be ordered.

My short term goal is to get at least 1 expansion box/control processor and I think my Fooger journey will be done when i get the delay pedal.

Thanks for the tips.

I am by no means an expert, hardly a novice... but I read the PDF document (Lord of the Ring Modulator) at the Squarewave Yahoo group about various uses with the Ring Mod and the Voyager. With the Voyager, VX, and Ring Mod, you can add a fourth (even a fifth) oscillator... along with lots of other cool tricks that fly over my head, being that I don't have a Voyager or a VX module.
