Here's my list. Tried to skim through this topic but couldn't find any related items. Please forgive me if come up with suggestions which are already mentioned.

Envelope generator
-Ability to change attack level with e.g. shift+Attack from 100% (which seems to be fixed now) to 0-100% (so you can turn down the attack entirely to use the release part of the EG).
-When in sync mode allow values like Attack to be MIN (now the min value is 1/64).

Mod matrix
-Copy function for current selected entry (puts it at next empty slot below)
-Allow mod slots to alter other mod slots as mod source or mod controller (Similar to e.g. the Deepmind 6/12)
-Allow more mathematical operations on a combination of source and controller e.g. sum div min max (Similar to e.g. the Deepmind 6/12)
-Allow sequencer controller lanes to be mod sources as well. (There might be an overlap with current implementation but if you see previous two suggestions it might make more sense. E.g. use sequencer as stepped LFO)
-Allow CV out as destination (these are already covered in the next update?)
-Allow FX parameters as destination
-Allow EG Attack level as mod destination
-Allow LFO number cycles as mod destination
-Allow Filter (combined) for Freq and Cutoff of SVF+Ladder

CV (these are already covered in the next update?)
-CV in as trigger gate and/or clock in
-CV out as clock out
(Ext1 & Ext2 seemed to be bugged as both source and controller in the mod matrix)

Library
-Expand patch memory matrix by enabling shift to double the preset matrix with A-H 1-8 to A-R 1-16.
-Save patches settings in directory named after the userspace maybe except for the default one.
-For export of patches allow the same filters for the preset browser so you can narrow down the list of presets you want to export.

Controller
-Sustain pedal could be useful when it has the same mode as hold for either sequence and/or arpeggiator in either on/of mode or latch on/off mode.

Effects
-External input for microphone is quite sensitive especially for the vocoder FX. It might be helpful to add a compressor in front of the vocoder if at all possible?

Settings
-A tuner util of CV/External input.

Here's one for me:

Improved random name generator. Add 3 new keys, random noun, random verb, random adjective. Make them stack so you can build a name in pieces instead of sitting there for hours hitting the random button and settling on something ridiculous like "adhesive bunghole". Yep, that was a real thing.

Hi!
After one week of use, I have a number of requests and I will take some time to write a detailed feedback.

But shortly, one big question: is there no way to use release velocity as a modulation source?

This was something I used all the time on my A6: modulate attack time with velocity and release time with release velocity.
So that hitting hard I would get a stab and playing soft I would get a smooth pad

>> if not possible now, is it planned??

Please reassure me :)
Thanks!

Simply updating to v1.0.2 and then creating a new USER SPACE (with all of the Factory Presets), will re-generate Factory Presets that are correctly tweaked for all of the latest parameters.

Once you do that (and it's very likely the store didn't), you won't have those problematic programs any more.

{I do realize that it's probably futile to address every complaint with you that you hear from others, because you'll just find new ones. But I have at least tried with the above two points.}

This is the first I have heard of this! I look forward to trying this to see if some strange behavior in certain patches goes away!

As all in the Voyager line do (except the Old School), show on the screen the level setting when you move away from it.

Sometimes I'll be modifying a patch and won't be able to find my way back to one of the parameters unless I reload the patch thus losing all my other tweaks.

It would be nice to have a release stage added to the aftertouch. The problem with aftertouch is always that key pressure off is always too abrupt, would be nice to have a smoothing feature so the signal fades back to 0 AT.

A variable lag processor in the modulation matrix TRANSFORMER section would be helpful in other situations as well.

Edit:
I sent an email to Amos requesting such a lag processor working on rising, falling or both ways with a variable slope.

Edit #2:
Amos answered the same day. And he liked the idea (I wasn't the first one asking for it) very much.

I really dont get it why you dont hear the modulations you make as you record.
Its a mere guess what you're taping at the moment.

Now for example if I want to record some modultaion in a sequence, I'm first checking what it would sound like (say I want record a cut off motion)
Then I do exactly that and the differnce of what I'm hearing before I record it (to check what it would sound like) and the actual recording are so far off that its a complete and utter guess what the Moog One will make of it. Super cool if you just want random recordings, not so cool if you're into producing tracks.

With this in mind it would be great to if you could delete a whole row of automation as well instead of having to delete every single step one by one.
Especially because you have to record it like 10+ times before you get close to recording of what you hear before hitting the step mod button, and what happens when you press the button and record it (of which you havent got a clue of whats happening).
Such a inmense workflow killer.

I'm sure someone asked this in the last video of the 1.0.4 update, and the answer was...Its supposed to be like this otherwise it would not be right. (??? what ???)
Or am i the only who thinks this is annoying.

Another good feature would be an option somewhere in the preferences to ALWAYS have ALL effects on OFF !!

Don’t save your sounds with FX on. All my sounds do not have FX on be default. They have some set up, mostly stereo delay and stereo chorus, but I prefer to start without.

Real-time Record

so you can press record and play naturally, and the notes you play are snapped to the nearest step. This is already possible on the Sub-37

thanks

Don't know if it's been added, but as I love duplicating a timbre and panning one hard left and one hard right to add stereo depth, I would love to have a Unison Stereo Spread control to do that. Basically spreading the voices evenly on the stereo field, from 0% all centered to 100% hard pan on the leftmost and rightmost voice.
With that, any poly patch could get great stereo expansion by setting unison with max voice at 2 and spread to max for instance.
That is different from the pan spread that peppers the voices around. That one would be specific to unison spread, but could stack with the voice spread too.

You can do this. You can copy a sound from one synth to another and use the pan spread features they added two releases ago. Great synth that keeps getting better.

New Enhancement Suggestions

Hello Moog, after a month of usage, here is a short list of some of the enhancements I would love to have. Some are features I use on other polys (A6, DM12), some are specific to the One :)

Envelopes:
-“S” shape: exp at start and log at end for attack, the opposite for decay. I really miss this since it allows smooth transitions especially with the filter and modulation envelopes
- slope on Sustain segment: I use it a lot on the DM12. Allows really cool things. For example play a short brass stab where the filter is almost closed at the end of the decay. And then have it rising again progressively as long as you keep pressing the keys, until you release them.

Modulation destinations:
-being able to modulate FX parameters. Eg: the intensity of an effect via the pad or the AT. Or an LFO... Or modulate the length or feedback of a delay...
-being able to modulate a modulation, as on the DM12. This is really cool. You can modulate a modulation by an LFO for example, or an envelope...
- modulate “keyboard control” On switch by a footswitch pedal: I would love that one!
I have a multi patch where the synth 3 is on “Hold”, limited to 6 voices, in order to play long sustained chords with Glide on. It is superimposed with synth 2 playing normal stab chords or single notes, without any glide nor Hold.
What I would like to do with a footswitch is turn off the keyboard control of the gliding synth 3 so as to freeze its chord while I keep playing single notes over it with synth 2. And switching it back on when I start playing chords again.
Today I can’t do it because I need to turn off the “On” button of “Keyboard Control” when I want to freeze my gliding chord. And my left hand is busy playing bass with synth 1 :) So commanding the On-Off of “Keyboard Control” with a footswitch would be great !

Modulation source:
-release velocity (already acknowledged as a possibility by Amos during the last live session)

Cheers!
V

My feature request is to add a software patch to allow EXP 1 or 2 to control the Master Volume output level with an Expression pedal, such as the Moog EP3. Currently the output is hardwired to the volume potentiometer. Thanks!
