"Taking The Wheel"

Post by moneymusic06 » Thu Mar 23, 2006 8:50 pm

Hey,
Does anybody here listen to Country/Pop? I never really cared much about it until I was radio surfing and came accross this song "Taking The Wheel" by the SheDaisy. I really liked it and was wondering if any of you liked or heard them before to. I check out http://shedaisy.musiccitynetworks.com/ and I guess thei album has been out for alittle while now. I asked my friend at work (UMVD) what he thought of them and he said that he was the same way. They are really starting to get big and I'm glad I found them. What do you think of them?

:D

Quote from a friend of mine: Have you noticed how the people who listen to Country are always people who don't like music?

BTW hands up everyone who fully expected this thread to be about mod wheel technique. I did.

"What do you think of them?"

I think that if they have to resort to such obvious and cheesy attempts to get recognition that they probably aren't worth listening to inthe first place.

At least try this stupid marketing technique in a forum that's remotely on topic.

Sorry old chap...

I left my 8-track player in my Ford Zodiac when I sold it in the '70s.

i totally thought it'd be about pitch/mod wheels too. i'm a little disappointed to be honest.

Actually, in reference to that post saying that people who like Country don't like music? I find it more common that the people who say "oh, i like eveything..." aren't really music fans at all, but they always seem to end that sentence with "except country or rap". Liars!

"Whatchyado mang? ....I went skyyyyyyydiving, I went rocky-mountain climbing, i rode a bull named foo-man-chu for a few seconds...'

UGH.
