I noticed this during a live performance recently, and I've recreated it in the lab several times:
1) Control tempo of sequencer from DFAM to M32
2) Play synced sequence
3) Stop sequence
4) Mother can no longer play sounds, MIDI LED blinks with input, but no sound is emitted until Mother is rebooted.
Ideas? This is a problem.
Uh oh, M32 shuts down when tempo controlled from DFAM

Re: Uh oh, M32 shuts down when tempo controlled from DFAM
Think we figured this one out...the Mother LOOKS like it's ready to accept a MIDI instruction, but it's really waiting for the next clock impulse. Shutting off the sequencer ON THE MOTHER is likely to fix the problem. It looks like the sequencer is off, but it's actually just paused when I stop the DFAM clock.
Interesting, and an easy fix!
