Saving a preset to a different bank

Post by peak » Sat Feb 04, 2006 1:55 pm

Hi guys,
I just recieved my RME a couple of days ago and one of the things I would like to do it save all my own presets to bank 7. My only question is....how can I do this if I have manipulated a preset on another bank and want to save it on bank 7?

Is this only possible with the SoundTower software? Is this possible with that software? Is this software a must-have in your opinion?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You don't need the editor to save a patch to a different bank. But I don't remember off the top my head how to do it.

saving to a different bank

Hi.
Here's how you can save a program to a different bank.

Edit the program. Just a bit. Like turn the volume up all the way. So now the program name has the astericks on both sides. Go to the new bank where you want to save. Go to edit and scroll to 'recall last patch' or 'last edit'. Enter. Then Yes. Then save it to the bank you're in.
This is off the top of my head cause I don't have the MM in front of me.
Hope this helps

Cool!
I was wondering how to do this, but thought it was not possible.
