Model 15 arp and latch issues.

I am finding two issues with the latch and arp. One is that the latch isn't letting go of notes once released from the keyboard. Meaning I can have a key held on the keyboard (shown as pressed down) and if I press that key on the keyboard again to release it the key will visually release but the sound remains. As for the arp it seems to want to double trigger each note. So instead of, for example, C,G,C,G, etc I get CC,GG,CC,GG...Is my settings off or is this a bug?
