Hi
Today my Sub37 suddenly stopped triggering sound on hitting the keys
However if I hit the key 4 to 5 times it may trigger a sound
But on sequencer latch mode the keys activate the sequence whichever note is hit
This is the first time I've experienced this on the machine.
Is there a setting that is changed that may have caused this
Or can I reset the Sub37 back to factory setting and if yes how
I tried putting the machine Off and On but on normal mode the keys still don't trigger sounds
Please help as I simply cannot use the Sub37 in normal mode though in sequencer mode I can still do some work.
Kindly note I am unable to make new sequences but play the ones made
Awaiting guidance
Regards
Jo

Re: Keys do not trigger sound
If you don't have multiple Sub37s connected together in a "poly chain", make sure the POLY NUMBER setting (MIDI Menu item 3.1, page 36 in the manual) is set to OFF.However if I hit the key 4 to 5 times it may trigger a sound
Hope this helps.
