Well, after owning this baby for 36 years, and wishing I could get it back to its original shape, I'm happy to say it is done. This forum has been so incredibly enlightening and helpful to getting to that goal, I can't imagine not having the collective available to bounce things off of.
The work Chris Hewitt does at This Old Synth is unbelievable. I shipped it out to him from NJ in a new Calzone case (thanks spumoni), he sussed it out and flat out resurrected it. Got the Opto-Key MIDI done as well as a plethora of internal fixes. When I fired it up, I was speechless. Wife was happy about that too.
Anyway, meet the new old baby...
