Slim Phatty Arp into Sub Phatty?

I am considering using a Sub Phatty to control my Slim Phatty - having a look at the Midi CC's, it appears "most" of the parameters map up.

Is there a way to use the Slim Phatty's arpeggiator to trigger the Sub Phatty?

Very Cool - thanks for the quick reply till,

I already have the Slim, and I am having a hard time deciding between the Sub37 and the Sub Phatty. (Both are expensive for me)
I really enjoy using an arpeggiator, so it would be nice to have the Slim P and the Sub P play nicely together.

How would I configure that? I understand that I would have MIDI in/out going to both units using two MIDI cables...would it be as simple as turning the Slim's arp on? Being that it doesn't have a keyboard, I am having trouble visualizing how the Slim would trigger the Sub P...

...any guidance would be appreciated!

Set the SubPhatty to local off. This is important, otherwise you will fet into the Problems of MIDI loop.
Its MIDI out to the SlimPhatty MIDI in.
Select the arpeggiator on the Slim (I have no details, I don't own one).
SlimPhatty's MIDI out to the SubPhatty MIDI in.

But changing the sound on the Sub will change the sound of the Slim too.
I can't remember right now, if there is a way to stopp the Sub from sending MIDI CCs.

Yes, exactly this. And using the SubPhatty to play the notes to be arpeggiatored.
