Model 15 Midi - send all values or reply to request

I have a Behringer BCR 2000 attached to the iPad to drive the knobs of Model 15. It works great so far.
The BCR 2000 can also receive values from the iPad, so when I twist a knob in Model 15 the LEDs on the related rotary on the BCR would move.

The problem starts when I switch a preset in Model 15. All of the knobs have new values but the BCR still shows the old values. When I touch a rotary I get a value jump.
Model 15 doesn't seem to send all values when the preset changes.

The BCR also has a "Request" function that would request all values from the attached Midi device, but Model 15 doesn't seem to react.

Did I miss something?
Should I file a feature request?
