Midi Input from Ableton not sending to Sub37

Hi everyone,

So I sent in my Sub 37 for warranty service a few weeks ago and since I got it back, I haven't been able to get the midi input to work. Everything else works fine, but when I send midi to the sub37 from Ableton, the Moog doesn't register anything. I know the USB cable works because the midi output works if I play the sub37's keyboard it triggers in Ableton. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Hi, Confirm the midi channel via Moog display corresponds to the midi channel sent from Ableton. Could be a mismatch. After loading firmware the midi channel on my sub 37 was reset to 1 where I would normally have it on 5 for my set up, Confirm if the midi light on the sub 37 is showing red when signals are sent. Test this, advise then move on to next step if required. Hope it helps.
