Sub 37 display screen crooked.. normal?

Post by pustule » Sat Sep 12, 2015 12:22 pm

Hey guys,

Super excited to just take a new Sub 37 out of the box today. I started updating the firmware and noticed that the display screen is crooked. Is this just the way it is supposed to be, or was it installed wonky at the factory? I know it doesn't effect the way it plays, but i'll admit that i'm kind of bummed out... Take a look at my attached photo:

It is possible to adjust the positioning of the screen at home with a little guidance from one of our technicians.

I just purchased a Sub 37 with the same problem. I have an electronics background, so fixing it isn't a big deal. However, I'm a little worried that an instrument in the Sub 37's price range has an apparent production quality control issue. Hopefully it isn't a reflection on the rest of the instrument because it sounds superb!
