Voyager Knobs

Post by Scott Rolf » Sat Aug 01, 2015 9:06 pm

I've been getting used to my new Voyager and what a blast.
Question about the knobs: Some of them don't rotate all that smoothly. Little rough. Esp some of the Mixer knobs.
Normal?

Hi Scott,

Bought my Voyager last week, about 10 years old. A little bit of difference between knobs, but nothing that bothers me. They feel tight and really solid. The filter knob is a bit lighter, maybe because it is the one being used most..?

Hi,

New Voyager or used one ?
I read once that if you turn them back and forth a lot it will help...
perhaps waking up the new ones or cleaning up the used ones ?

Brand new out of the box yesterday. It's almost like a the Pot shaft is coming in contact with the control panel hole. Or, the knob is contacting the panel surface in spots. No real big deal, but stuff like that kind of bugs my OCD side.
