Modulation destination / documentation quirks

Some 1.1 quirks I found:

You can set the filter cutoff as modulation destination using the MOD DEST + cutoff knob method. However, this destination is not on the page 51 PGM DST list, and the LCD will show PGM DST: RTCHT CT.

Also, OUT VOL is mentioned in the PGM DST list, but is not on the menu, and cannot be selected using MOD DEST + volume knob.

And while I'm at it: the 1.1 manual still shows the top MIDI connector as MIDI IN and the bottom one as MIDI OUT on page 7.

There is a dedicated knob in the LFO sections to modulate the filter cutoff called FILTER AMT, so that may be the reason it's not on the PGM DST list.
