Sub37 - Broken?

Hey guys!
The Sub37 I bought last year has stopped working.
When I turn it on every light on the panel is on or blinking and the display is blank. I can't enter any of the menus and it's the same thing every time I turn it on.
Is there something I can do to fix this or is it broken? Please help me!

call or write to techsupport at moogmusic, they will help you. It's probably either a loose cable that needs re-connecting, or firmware needs updating, either of which they can walk you through... good luck, I am sure we'll sort it out :)

Contacted techsupport now, hope the problem is nothing too advanced.
Otherwise absolutely in love with the Sub37. Such a beautiful instrument...
