Sub 37 filter knob unstable

Hello

I just got my sub 37, and I'm experiencing a problem with the filter knob.

I load up one of the init patches, turn off everything but one oscillator. When i'm trying to do a sweep with the knob, the filter sometimes opens all up. I can even stop it at some frequencies and it stays fully open.

Could this be a hardware problem or could there be som settings that are messed up? This happens when there ar nothing connected to the synth except for the headphones. I'm running the latest firmware, and the frequencies where this happens doesn't seem to be consistent.

known issue, contact Moog support, they will get you taken care of
