Well, tonight I finally successfully tested my "Moog 961" clone...!
Built on vero-board (and yet to be cut down to size) - this is one channel of the "V-to-S" trig interface. I have the sequencer stage 1 patched into one of the adjustable 'B' inputs and stage 5 is into one of the fixed length 'A' channel inputs. The effect is subtle but you can hear the control you see me turning, changing the gate length. I used modern 4000 series nor-gate IC's rather than the original vintage chips. I did find an anomaly though - in that each IC requires a different power supply voltage...! Took a while to cotton on to that and I was electronically "chasing-my-tail" for quite some time. It's been a tricky project but I think it should all work now when I add the other ten sockets...!
On the vero-board there, far right, I also added another 961 function... the S-to-V trig converter. Still need to check that part out...
