Post by akamruz » Mon Dec 29, 2014 9:01 am

Hi,

Today i turned on my voyager and the LCD screen was blank.

It was working just fine last night and this morning it is not working.

I tried turning it on while holding +1 and -1 at the same time but no luck.

I d appreciate any help.

Hi akamruz,
is the Panel LED on?
If so can you see the MASTER LED when you press the MASTER button?
When you are playing notes is the MIDI LED on?
Do you hear any sound?

Hi RL,

Thank you for your help.I checked the things you ve asked.

The panel led is off.
Master led is off when pressed or not.
Midi led is off when i play notes.

Also, the lfo rate indicator led is always at the same speed.

OK, then it is a hardware problem. I guess the power supply is not working correctly.
Where are you living? In Europe?

Hi Rudi,

Thank you for your help.

I contacted the local distributer here in Turkey and they asked me to take it to them.

They also told me that if its something they can fix they will service it if not they will send it where it needs to be sent.
