I can't access Voyager preset banks (even if it has OS V3.5)

Hello;
Today I purchased a Minimoog Voyager Performer edition at a store in my city which is an authorized dealer for Moog products. My instrument has a serial Number 3783. My problem is that when I turn it on it says V3.5 in the panel, but then it prompts me to reload OS and reload Bank D which never does cause it waits for Sysex data. Then, when I try to search for Banks it only displays Bank PM. (I hold cursor and scroll but it only shows one bank). Isn't it supposed to be upgraded since it's V3.5 and its serial number is greater tha 2755?

I wouldn't even bother trying to figure it out or fix it when you can take it back to where you bought it locally and have them fix it. Is there a reason why you are trying to fix it yourself, rather then having the dealer fix it?

The serial number seems rather low for supposedly a "new" synth from the store. Either they had it in stock for a long time, or it's a used one that they're trying to get rid of and sell as new...
Anyway, I agree with DonutDude; return it to where you bought it and let them deal with it and upgrade it themselves...

Thanks for the answers. I bought one Minimoog Voyager (PE) they had on the store for showing to the customers. So it's not new-new. Anyway it's mint. They re-packed it in the original box, which came only with the power cord and the registering card (no manual). I wanted to see if there was an easy solution to upgrade the OS; cause if I take it to them, I might be waiting for ages. Anyway I've found a solution in this forum. I downloaded the files to upgrade it here:

I used the file "NEW Voyager Keyboard OS 3.5", to send the sysex banks to the minimoog voyager. It worked fine, now I can scroll through all banks (A to G)... I read that some other users had the same problem when they bought the instrument.
