Big trouble with SUB 37 update

Hello.
I’m french, so in advance sorry for my english. I bought a SUB 37 that I received yesterday. It worked perfectly until I send
the update of the firmware using C6. Since this action all the lights are put on (I can’t switch them off) and the little screen is white with nothing
written on it. No sound goes out of the instrument. Nothing can be done actually. Of course, if I reboot the SUB 37 it’s the same thing.
Do you have a solution ?

Try to repeat the steps? Start with step number 1.

I did an update of the firmware, it failed at step 3. Had to start over again. Worked second time.
