Help!!! My Moog little phatty has a system problem U.u

Hi, I Have a Moog little phatty and today the Moog little phatty lost it's sounds. The Moog little phatty lights and system stil running, but It has no sound and when i change the presets,the presets names still the same, just the numbers movebut notthe preset names,andit has no sound. AsI review later, you need to use a debug adapter that I rapidly buy from ebay. Can anyone help me with this??? is this the solution to the current problem??? which are the steps to debug the system??? can anybody teach me how to do it??? other advices are gladly appreciated.

Sorry if I sound dumb, and I wish I'm right, but have you checked:
- if the "AUDIO" button is on? (don't remember if this setting is saved in each preset or if it's global)
- if there is sound going through the headphones output?
- if it reacts to MIDI (don't know your particular set up).

Thinking out loud, wishing you've forgotten an obvious stuff

tahnks for reply, i will check those thing, buti definitely think that is the system that has a bug. there is no sound through the amps on the headphone output. I plug the amplifier on the headphone outputand there is no sound. but when i move the cursor for the presets, it just only move the preset numbersnot the preset names.

Try checking if the Local is set to Off
