Hi. Does anyone know how to transfer preset data between two Moog Voyagers?

Welcome to this forum!

This works like sending a patch to your computer. But in this case the MDI out of the sending Voyager is connected to MIDI in of the receiving Voyager. Once they are connected (and of cause switched on, go into the MASTER menu of the sending Voyager and select SEND PRESETS(S).

See the manual vor more details. Like enabling MIDI SysEx on the receiving Voyager in the MASTEr menu item RECEIVE PRESETS.

And be sure to use the very same MIDI sysex ID (MASTER menu item SYSEX DEVICE ID) for both Voyagers while doing so. Number "1" is recommended as this is the one all Voyagers are set to be default.

But you could also use a computer to store the sended presets for back-up first and then send them to the other Voyager. You will need a MIDI interface and some freeware software like MIDI OX (Win) or SysExLibrarian (Mac).
keep on turning these Moog knobs
