Minitaur Filter and other problems

I have bought a moog minitaur and I am experiencing problems .


I’m using win 8.1 and Ableton Live 9.1.1 + the editor version 2 .

First of all my minitaur loses crunchy on the filter frequently .

Secondly I have noticed that when Im making a sound ( with the editor ) all functions of the minitaur are different . FILTER , LFO , ENVELOPES. I cant make a proper sound with the editor .

When im making the same sound on hardware ( not with the editor ) then everything are totally different and of course way better !!

Maybe problems with the editor ?? I don’t know ! ( My editor runs on midi and ableton on usb )

But again my filter is not working right ! Sometimes Minitaur plays the sound I have created right and sometimes wrong !! ( very wrong , it loses crunch totally )

I don’t know what’s happening .

Also the presets that are on editor are sounding totally different if I make them by hand on Minitaur !!! Totally different ! Also changing every time i load them !!!

any ideas ?

Hi. I would try to reload the minitaur firmware. when you open uo the under the Hood section on the editor, it shows the firmware version? cheers
