oscillator 1 might be dead?

so i'm new to this forum and still learning all the specifics about my voyager but about a month ago I turned on my synth and oscillator 1 was just making a low volume hum. the sound did not fluctuate when the wave form changed or pitch.
oscillator 1 is on, the volume is on, and I even tried going through the settings to make sure I didn't do anything stupid. the other oscillators, filters, etc... seem to work fine. any thoughts or suggestions? thanks
