Your MP-201 doesn't quite look mint to me.

Hi, the MP-201 is a pretty indestructible and solidly built stomp box. The only thing that can get a bit dodgy with time is the control knob on top. The knob was recently entirely replaced by Moog on my MP-201... so it's now working very precisely for programming the pedal.

So admittedly the foot pedal shows some normal signs of use... but you can judge yourself from the pics.
