Will there ever be a Minitaur in the Eurorack format?
Or am I just dreaming?

Easy enough to make one yourself via FPE; luckily, the footprint is approximately 3u but you will need to do a light amount of soldering in order to bring the ins/outs to 3.5mm panel. 2mm aluminum ought to fit in nicely and I would think that you would be able to leverage some HPGL and get a panel dabbed for about $40-$50
From a power perspective, a simple regulator with cap and heat sink should easily shed the few volts in order to adapt to standard Euro power. Then buy some non-Moogie looking knobs from Smallbear or elsewhere and impress your friends!

For the front panel, try Front Panel Express (http://www.frontpanelexpress.com/). I've used them quite a bit for the DIY bits in my modular.
