"Minitaur plays one note only" club

Hi all

I would like to know how many of us are still around - the "my minitaur plays only one high pitched note and
does not respond to any knob turning or midi input except bleep bleep bleep bleep" club. Happens no matter
if i use usb or ordinary old school midi 5 pin, and no matter which order i turn computer on, connect usb, turn
on minitaur, got latest firmware, tried reset with editor --- if i was the only one i would think it was just broken
and then return it, but since i see other having the same problem, perhaps there is a universal fix?

Did any of you hear from Moog, or did your sell or get your synths exchanged. I cannot believe the sweet
bliss of minitaur on soundcloud clips, and i cannot believe that they send me this instead.

Please, help me, should i return the unit like the one before me (it was b-stock, and obviously not fixed),
or is there a way to deal with this on site? Im yearning for moogness, and i cannot wait for a repair, really i cannot.

this can probably be fixed by calibrating the pitch CV input. contact techsupport@moogmusic.com or call on the phone.
if you have something that can generate a pitch CV signal (exactly 1 Volt and 4 Volts) then you can do it yourself; otherwise Moog service could certainly calibrate it for you.

first, try sending this "factory reset" sysex command to your Minitaur:

see if that puts it right. If not, I'll add a firmware function which resets the CV input calibration to a useful default.

same issue please help. Minitaur updated to 2.0.18 but now the tuning on osc 1 is a 5th out Screwed for gigging now.
