You can also lower your volume... the line level can be too hot for some pedals. I have a Deluxe Memory Boy and I use my Phatty with a max. of 70% output volume.

The other thing is that the audio interface can also make this noise... try with other instruments too! :)

True.

Oh and delays delay even the noise so the more feedback you set the more noise you get.

Thanks and yea like it's not unbearable, adjusting the volume does help. Stiiive, do you mean not using an adapter as the power supply? It's the only pedal I'm using but it does share an adapter with other things.

This is how I'm using it... LP output volume at a maximum of 70% using a separate PSU adapter. No humming or any kind of noise... :)
