Urgent - Sub Phatty Filter Knob stopped working

Hey guys,

the filter knob on my Sub Phatty suddenly stopped working. Whatever i do, there´s no more response (Filter is full open).
Of course i didn´t turn it overly hard or something.
I reset all shift commands and global settings to their default values, but no change. No response either when i try to control it with midi cc.
It´s quite urgent, since tomorrow the test period the shop has given me is over, so any help is very welcome!

Ok, nevermind, i forgot to disconnect the midi cable. Now it works again, seems there were some ccs transmitted.

Same thing happened to me the other day.

I was running USB over midi and filter CV in from my Dark Energy. Filter knob just suddenly stopped working. I had to power the Sub down and back on again to get the filter to work. Not terribly troubling, but it should be noted that this has happened on more than one unit.

Hi 1st post here.

I just got my Sub Phatty today, I'm loving it so far but this is happening to mine too. Using in studio One via usb & suddenly the cutoff knob stops functioning, its happened a few times. It has to be switched off & on again for it to work, hope this is easily sorted.

I used the SP a lot last night with midi in Ableton Live without a problem. There must be some CC value being sent with other DAWs.

Amos, are you guys looking into this for the next firmware update? This should be top priority.

King Friday, if you would be so kind as to try the most current firmware to let me know if you have any further problems with the pots afterward, it would be a help... at least to let me know I'm looking for a problem that continues to occur.

I am actively working on pot-related issues right now, it is my top priority!

The firmware update went smoothly & seems to have sorted it, I've been using the SP in Studio One for a few hours now without a hitch.
I should've known to try a firmware update 1st

Successfully installed firmware 1.1.8 and experienced a new issue. I lost complete control of the panel. No knobs or buttons responded and I had to power the unit down. It happened once over the course of about a 3 hour session with Sub and Ableton talking over USB.

Something similar happened to me today too in Ableton Live, were I lost sound & had to power down & back on again. There was no sound coming from it in Live or from the Sub P headphones. But it was fine again for the rest of the session.

When I open the filter cutoff knob completely and reach a certain point towards the end of the rotation ( the 5-20khz area ) the filter jumps back to closed, and if i touch or press the knob slightly it might go back to normal...
Does this sound more like a hardware issue or firmware?

I believe I have the same issue (only recently), but in the 20H-320Hz region
The latest firmware (v1.2.4) did not resolve this. It makes the filter practically unusable as smooth sweeps are impossible
