Hello,
Im interested in getting a Voyager... one thing I remember about older synths like the Prophet V is that they had really really fast attack times...
Its something rarely talked about in reviews... but I find it really important...
Is the Voyager like this too?
Thanks for any info!

10msec appears to be the shortest, and 10 seconds the longest.

Ok... Does that mean the Voyager have that very fast attack time?
Thanks for any replies.

I think it's faster than 10ms. More like 2ms like the original Model D. If I knew where to probe I'd verify it, but to my ears it sounds much snappier than 10ms.

Well, it actually says 1 msec on the Voyager, but it sounds slightly longer.

the ciruitry takessome time... it's gonna be fatter than the prophet5 (which i owned for a long time)... you may have to anticipate the attack envelope if you're used to digital. let it breath and record it to a sequencer unquantized!

" it's gonna be fatter"
Do you mean "faster"?

Alright, today I hooked up my oscilloscope and measured the Voyager's attack time from the envelope outputs on my VX-351.
The fastest attack time on the Voyager measures 1ms. Both envelopes.
That's mighty snappy.
